Shaun Bonk is a web designer/business owner having over 13 years of programming experience.  Shaun first started off building small applications to help save time while on the computer, but later moved on to web applications when he first started using the internet and knew that it was the way of the future.  During this time, he was contracted through other companies to build sites.  Knowing that there were many limitations to this, Shaun then formed Bonk Media, a multimedia, programming, and SEO business.  He then excelled at customer service and sales.  Shaun still builds sites on a daily basis, but has been getting more and more into the sales/customer service aspect of the business because it is what he enjoys and is what he best at.

Shaun has a comprehensive background on training people to use software, the internet, and training businesses on customer service and organization.  Having recorded over 500 training videos and formerly owning one of the largest video training sites of 2003, training others has become natural for him.  He was also a finalist in a contest to be an editor of TutsPlus.com (a very large video training site).  Shaun’s passion is teaching others in a way that makes sense and is efficient.
